Ruggero and Orsetta have been married for over thirty years and have always shared a passion for wine and the Monferrato hills. In 2012 after a long search, they finally found the hill of Sant\u2019Anna with its vineyards and the farmhouse. Sant\u2019Anna dei Bricchetti was thus established and their dream fulfilled.<\/p>\n

The first step was to recover the vineyards around the Cascina del Culunel, one of which was replanted in 2013. Today they cover an area of 5 hectares. Since the very first harvest, their goal has always been to work in full respect of the\u00a0wine-making tradition of the territory: the 7 wines from Sant\u2019Anna dei Bricchetti are all made with Barbera and Moscato, and exclusively with their hand-harvested estate grapes.<\/p>\n

Ruggero and Orsetta work alongside with their children, Giulia and Giacomo, with the agronomist Piero Roseo, and the enologists Claudio Dacasto and Giuliano No\u00e8 \u2013 Monferrato experts, attuned to the identity which is the heart and soul of the winery\u2019s philosophy.<\/p>\n

Ruggero e Orsetta sono sposati da oltre trent\u2019anni e la passione per il vino, cos\u00ec come l\u2019amore per le colline monferrine, li ha sempre accomunati. Nel 2012, dopo una lunga ricerca, scoprono la collina di Sant\u2019Anna, le sue vigne e la cascina sul bricco: nasce cos\u00ec Sant\u2019Anna dei Bricchetti e il sogno diventa realt\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Il primo passo \u00e8 stato il recupero del corpo vitato intorno alla Cascina del Culunel, composto da 5 ettari di cui uno reimpiantato nel 2013. Fin dalla prima vendemmia la scelta \u00e8 stata quella di lavorare nel rispetto dell\u2019identit\u00e0 vinicola del territorio: Barbera e Moscato sono alla base dei sette vini proposti oggi da Sant\u2019Anna dei Bricchetti e prodotti unicamente con uve di propriet\u00e0 vendemmiate a mano.<\/p>\n

Ad affiancare Ruggero e Orsetta in questa avventura i figli Giulia e Giacomo, l\u2019agronomo Piero Roseo e gli enologi Giuliano No\u00e8 e Claudio Dacasto, grandi conoscitori di quell\u2019identit\u00e0 monferrina che \u00e8 anima e cuore della filosofia aziendale.<\/p>\n
